This resource is a research outcome report of six Group discussions. Topics discussed are as follows: methods of creating internal stability for Nonghyeop sub-cooperative projects inspection and analysis of the Nonghyeop movement ideal future image of Nonghyeop (goals) review of research on the Nonghyeop movement and a review of problems related to Nonghyeop operations. Major problems were listed: problems preparing sufficient funds lack of profit guarantee for co-op members lack of competent employees lack of activity by employees local factionalism and inconvenience in accessing Nonghyeop services. Solutions were: enhance awareness of co-op members on need to participate increase savings run a “traveling savings class ” attract private investment eradicate rural loan-sharking strengthen awareness training for co-op members strengthen solidarity among co-op members and strengthen training for Nonghyeop employees.
